BEWARE -- PAYPAL SPOOF

We, along with a number of other individuals, received an email from Paypal indicating that our account was going to be disrupted in five days if we did not provide specific "account" information for them to update. Although it looked "authentic," I notified Paypal and was told that this was a "scam." The first thing the customer service representative said was that ANY communication of this type would be addressed specifically to the name on the account. This particular email was addressed to "Dear Paypal Customer." If anyone receives a similar email, please forward it to "spoof@Paypal.com." This will help them try to locate these scammers.
