assist our recovery from Hurricane Katrina, we are going to be adding
more inventory to Susie's Corner. We have to make some room and
earn some money while we wait on insurance adjusters. You can see

WE MUST BE DOING SOMETHING RIGHT!
While we were struggling through our Katrina woes personally,
the LAMP sites continued online, garnering even bigger visitor stats.
For example, since September, we are averaging over 7,000 visitors
each day; 50,000 visitors per week, and 200,000 visitors each month.
January 2006 marks LAMP's Five Year Anniversary, and we
are planning even bigger and better things for LAMP in 2006.

MOVIE POSTER SALE
TOPS RECORD
The Reel Poster Gallery has sold a German International
movie poster for the classic 1927 German film "Metropolis"
for a world record $690,000 to a private collector from the United States.
The sale beat the previous record for a movie poster of $453,500, set
in 1997 by a poster for the 1932 film "The Mummy."
Graphic artist Heinz Schulz-Neudamm designed the sepia-colored poster
featuring the futuristic skyline which helped make Fritz Lang's film
famous. The art deco poster is one of only four known copies in existence.
The Museum of Modern Art in New York and Berlin's Film Museum have one
each while another is in a private collection.

every item, and the year and size (ALL items are from the very first
release of each movie, unless otherwise noted, and IF NO SIZE IS NOTED,
then the poster is a one-sheet).

Texas at the Movies Auction will feature a single

the best of the legendary Jack DeVere collection). This Texas-sized
