Comic-art & Graffix Gallery - Comic Art & Graffix Gallery was founded in 1986 by comic art collector and dealer Richard Halegua. Born in New York City, Rich started collecting comic books in 1961, at the tender age of five years old. When he was nine, so that he could afford to buy comics for his collection, he began selling comic books, movie posters & other collectibles to his friends. By the time Rich was 18 he had become a full time comic & collectable dealer in everything from comics to movie posters to baseball cards, monster mags, rock & roll posters and related stuff. Rich recently purchased Movie Poster Bid and has been reworking and improving it to become a showcase online auction created especially for the movie buff. COLLECTING INTERNATIONAL MOVIE POSTERS

LAMP's next publication, Collecting International Movie Posters, is projected to be released in January, 2008, just in time to celebrate our 7th anniversary. Because of the anticipated interest in this book on an international basis, this book will be soft-bound and marketed through book stores, poster dealers and online sources throughout the world. Because of this broad-base marketing plan, we will accept advertising from dealers who are NOT LAMP dealers. If you are not a LAMP dealer and are interested in an ad in this publication, please contact our marketing representative Renee at RMH@LearnAboutMoviePosters.com.

HERITAGE AUCTION OFFERS A TRUE
ONE-OF-A-KIND TREASURE

Up until very recently, the striking style D one sheet for 1935's Bride of Frankenstein was only known through images in pressbooks; it was thought that all actual copies had been lost to the ravages of time. However, in recent weeks, a copy of this exquisite poster has been discovered in a long-held private collection, and Heritage Auction is offering this one-of-a-kind treasure in their upcoming November Signature Vintage Movie Poster Auction, which will end on November 13th and 14th. The significance of this discovery cannot be overstated. To find a previously unknown poster from such a landmark film, generally considered to be the very best of the outstanding Universal horror films of the 1930s, is, potentially, a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Horror fans will also want to check out the exceedingly rare title card to Dracula, the film that ushered in the Golden Age of Universal Horror in 1931. Here are just a few of the great offerings:
