On September 1, 2000, Technicolor took control of the remnants of National Screen Service. Technicolor has become the major distributor to the theaters without the burdens of printing. The studios do the printing and ship to Technicolor for distribution.

At this time,Technicolor claims to handle about 70% of poster distribution to US theaters through its main distribution center in Ontario, California. There are no identifying marks.
