PRICES NOW AVAILABLE IN
LAMP-Movie Poster Data Base

In the last few years, there have been major changes in our hobby. One of the changes is a void in the access to good poster pricing and dealer information. We feel that this information is crucial to the growth and stability of the hobby. In the past we felt that creating a reference library was more important and that the information that was available at the time was adequate.

We now believe that the industry really needs a LOT more than what is being provided. And it is for this reason that LAMP has made the decision to add a price history to its Movie Poster Data Base (MPDB).

Price Histories

Our first step is to include the prices of two of the largest dealers/auctions/auction houses in the industry: Bruce Hershenson and Heritage Auction. We have now linked to Bruce Hershenson's FREE Poster Sales Results with over 200,000 prices. The link is located at the top of EACH movie title page. We are currently working with Heritage to incorporate their prices as well, which should be online soon. From here, we will incorporate other sources with verifiable sales results. For more info on this new LAMP service, click HERE.

Dealer Listings

Another part of this expansion is to provide a place for dealers to come to get sources for material that they do not have in stock; posters that their customers are looking for but that the dealer does not have currently in stock. In other words, LAMP will be a quick reference to find specific posters that dealers want to purchase -- either for themselves or for a client. We now have over 25,000 posters available online with direct connection to the dealer... BUT.... if you don't find the poster you're looking for, email us. We have access to the combined inventories of our LAMP dealers which exceeds 1 million posters! Another FREE service to help you keep that customer.

NOW IS THE TIME TO CONSIGN TO VINTAGE HOLLYWOOD POSTERS IX

Bruce Hershenson has announced plans to hold his 19th major auction, VINTAGE HOLLYWOOD POSTERS IX, which will be held in mid-December of 2005. Bruce's previous 18 auctions have sold well over $15 million dollars of movie posters.

As in his past auctions, Bruce will self-publish a glorious full-color catalogue, with the finest full-color printing available.

Bruce is looking for the very highest quality of items for this auction. If anyone has an item that they would like included in this special auction, they should contact Bruce immediately.

This auction will be held in conjunction with the massive "Texas at the Movies" auction (selling the best of the legendary Jack DeVere collection). This Texas-sized auction of Texas-related movie paper is sure to receive a great deal of out-of-the-hobby publicity, and may result in even higher prices for the items in Vintage Hollywood Posters IX.

You can contact Bruce at 417-256-9616 or through his website emovieposter.com.
