Lazy River - Dir: Seitz; Cast: Parker, Young.  Romantic drama with some scenes filmed in Golden Meadow and the shrimp camps of Lake Barataria.

1974

Gator Bait - Dir: Sebastian; Cast: Jennings, Gilman. Action drama filmed in Thibodaux. 

1985

Long, Hot Summer - Dir: Cooper; Cast: Johnson, Robards. Romantic drama filmed partially at Ashland-Belle Helene Plantation in Geismer, Oak Alley Plantation in Vacherie, Myrtles Plantation in St. Francisville, Burnside, Baton Rouge and Thibodaux.

1987

Angel Heart - Dir: Parker; Cast: Rourke, DeNiro. Horror thriller partially filmed in Laurel Valley Plantation in Thibodaux, Napoleonville, and New Orleans.

Gathering of Old Men, A - Dir:  Schlondorff; Cast:  Gossett Jr., Widmark.   Made for TV drama filmed in Laurel Valley, Thibodaux and Houma, and set in a Louisiana sugarcane plantation.

Killing Birds succelli assassini a/k/a Dark Eyes of the Zombie - Dir:  Lattanzi; Cast: Wendel, Vaughn. Horror filmed at Nicholls State University in Thibodaux.

Three on a Match - Dir: Bellisario; Cast: Adams, Bellany.  Made for TV drama filmed in Laurel Valley Plantation and Houma.

Ray - Dir: Hackford; Cast: Foxx, King. Biographical drama partially filmed in Baton Rouge, Hammond, Jefferson Parish, Laurel Valley Plantation, New Orleans and Thibodaux.
