Nevada Smith - Dir:  Hathaway; Cast: McQueen, Malden. Western with some scenes filmed in Krotz Springs, Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans. 

1969

Easy Rider - Dir:  Hopper; Cast:  Fonda, Nicholson.  Drama partially filmed in Louisiana. Filming locations included NewOrleans, including the French Quarter at Mardi Gras and the St. Louis Cemetery; the Long-Allen Bridge over the Atchafalaya River from Berwick to Morgan City; East Main Street of Garden City; West Main Street in Franklin; Krotz Springs, Lafayette, and Morganza. 

1997

Apostle, The - Dir: Duvall; Cast: Duvall, Fawcett. Drama partially filmed in Des Allemands, Gibson, Houma, Isle of St. Charles, Lafayette and Sunset.

1998

Out of Sight - Dir: Soderbergh; Cast: Clooney, Lopez. Action comedy crime with some scenes filmed in Angola and Krotz Springs.

2000

Rhythm 'n' Bayous: Road Map to Louisiana Music - Dir: Mugge; Cast:  Jones, Ledet. Music documentary filmed in Baton Rouge, Eunice, Lafayette, Monroe, New Orleans, Shreveport, Ville Platte and Winnsboro.

2008

Laissez les bon temps rouler! - Dir: Bordogna; Cast: Voinche. Documentary of Cajun Mardi Gras filmed in Eunice, Lafayette, Mamou, St. Martinville, and Scott.

2009

Zombie Farm - Dir: Islas; Cast: Catano, Rowinsky. Horror filmed in Lafayette and Opelousas.

2010

Secretariat - Dir: Wallace; Cast: Lane, Malkovich. Drama family history partially filmed at Evangeline Downs in Carencro, Lafayette and Opelousas.
