Measures 27x41 and normally issued folded.
For some reason, NSS really made mistakes on this issue. Some didn't have an NSS number and some had R56/452 printed on the front and R56/428 stamped on the back. According to the Morgan Litho plate numbers, the plates were made in 1954, so there seem to be a lot of mixup on the release.
