The wording in this pressbook seems to indicate that this was the original release in the UK. NOTICE: at the top of the back cover, there is a statement about the paper shortage and that there was a restriction above anything larger than 'quad-crowns'. So 2 large pieces were issued: a 30x40 and a 20x60. Also issued (not pictured) were 2 22x28s (in color) and a set of 8 black and white 8x10s
