A year after its original release, Star Wars was still running strong in theaters across the U.S. To celebrate this milestone, these theaters were presented with this special one sheet. Though technically designated "Style E", it is known by collectors as the "Happy Birthday" poster. It was photographed by Weldon Anderson and designed by Tony Seiniger using the 11 of the 12 original Kenner action figures (the Jawa was omitted). The print run of these posters is believed to have been fewer than 1500.
