Specific Information:

We are in the process of consolidating the information on GCR, but this is an unbelievably massive job, so it will take some time.

For specific information, you must first go to the specific country section (including the U.S.). As we consolidate a country, the best place is There you will get more into specific information such as histories, artists, distribution, etc.

You can also look in specific sections such as National Screen Service; Production Stills; Documents - Trade Magazines; Poster artist signatures, etc.

We also have 8 research books (3 have been retired) that we have written that are online. These are found on the Global home page navbar under the section 'Books'. These include a variety of information that has not been completely added to our online sections yet, such as: information about different countries that was released in our Learn About International Movie Posters book.

Also be sure to look in the LAMP Member Section for other areas that have not been brought over to Global yet.

Advanced Research:

You must still look for the specific country first, whether you are trying to cross reference studio logo logs; silent studio information; NSS trailer logs; NSS poster numbers; printers logo logs, etc. or learning how to date posters using lithography plate numbers or printers union 'bugs' or identify odd markings. We have the information that you will not find anywhere else.
