Distribution:
Reissue Distributors - During the 1930s-1950s, many small distributors would reissue films released by the larger studios. We have created 2 different lists of the smaller re-distributors.

Exchanges:
A. tracking the posters
exchanges from silent until current. Who they were, where were they,
want did they do, why they closed and what happened to the posters when
they closed.
National Screen:
A. NSS Number Log - tracking and compiling the numbers used for the individual titles from 1940 until 1998
A. Logo log that tracks the
studio logo on the posters for any changes to date when those changes took
place. Cross-referenced with the litho plate numbers, this helps establish
release dates and helps to identify reissues.
NOTICE:
We are putting the individual studio logs online in a basic format. We will
be adding more information and links to each of the studio logs as soon
as we can.
We have Production Logs for
the following studios from our 2008 Production Code Book:The 2009 Book, which has the most recent compilation is not divided by studio. The 2011 Edition (due out Dec. 2010) will be.
