Mini Quads were introduced around 1990 as a multi-function size. Mini-quads measure 12x16 horizontally and are smaller versions of the quad. These are very similar to the mini-sheet on the American market.

Most major studio films now utilize the mini quad. One of the main uses is as a give-away for the premier of the films.
